Itineraries

Day 01

Arrival in Jodhpur

Upon your arrival in Jodhpur railway station/airport you will be dropped to your hotel room. In the evening you will be taken to Mandore gardens and Balsamand Lake.

Day 02

Arrival in Jodhpur

Experience the serenity and tranquility of Rajasthan with a farm picnic lunch in this colourful state! You will start from the hotel with a drive for about 3 km where the camels will wait for you to climb aboard to embark on a fun journey! Jump on the camel’s back and ride to the local Thakur Saabs farm where you can relax in the open fields under the Neem tree. Get familiar with the local spices and the traditional cooking methods and join your hosts on a stroll through the farm during which you'll learn more about life on the farm, the crops and their seasons and local farming practices. The unusual dewals/cenotaphs built from red sandstone, like that of Maharaja Ajit Singh amid scree and gardens enthrall numerous tourists. And just at a short distance from Mandore garden is Balsamand Lake. This 1km long lake is surrounded by lush green gardens with trees like papaya, mango, plum and others.

Day 03

Arrival in Jaisalmer and Sam sand dunes visit

On your third day of the trip, you will check out from the hotel and head towards Jaisalmer, which would be around 5 hours train journey. After entering Jodhpur you will be taken to another hotel; and then as you get freshened up, by evening you will be in the magnificent Sam Sand Dunes, bustled with spark. You can hop on for a camel ride or enjoy the ever lively folk dances and music of Rajasthan as the sun sets and there is another glorious dusk.

Day 04

Sightseeing in Jaisalmer

Get ready after having the breakfast in Jaisalmer hotel and start the sightseeing travel. After that visit Patwon-ki-haveli, Nathmal-ki-haveli, Salim singh-ki-Haveli. People still live in these ancient buildings dating from 12th to 15th century. Every house has exquisite carvings. In the evening, proceed for camel ride on Sam Sand Dunes. Take the camel safari and immerse in the spirit of Rajasthan all through the night by staying in the mud-huts, meeting warm and rustic people of Rajasthan and have a touch of their culture with their lively music, folk dance, singing performances and other cultural programs. Overnight at Jaisalmer camps.

Day 05

Departure

After breakfast, you will be checking out from your hotel and will be dropped to railway station/airport to catch a morning train/plane back home.
