Payment Options
1. Remittance through Bank:
Please remit cash or drop your cheque at any branch of the following banks in favour of HOLIDAYS2KERALA.
HDFC Bank, PALARIVATTOM, Cochin

2. Online Transfer.
You can transfer online to our Bank Account. We need online transaction reference No to identify your Payment.
3. Cr Card or Debit Card Sweep.
Balance Payment can be paid at our office by swipe machine. 2.5% additional charges for Cr card and 1.5% additional charges for debit card will be charged extra.
IMPORTANT
Please be informed that for all online transactions exceeding Rs. 20,000 ( USD 500 / GBP 270 / EUR 400), the guest will have to submit ANY OF THE following documents once the payment is made:
A photo ID of the credit card holder whose credit card has been used for this transaction. This may be ANY one of the following:
- Driver's License or
- Social Security Card or
- Passport or National Identity Card or
- PAN Card / Voters Card
We accept the below Indian banks net banking facility:
Complete tour package with detailed itinerary and day by programme with different options of hotels will be send to you by mail. You can also customize the package with your own choice of hotels. Once the programme is finalized and hotels are provisionally confirmed, we need 25% advance of the total package cost to reconfirm the booking.
25% of the total package cost has to be deposited as advance payment, on confirmation of the package, and the balance payment, upon arrival. Advance payment can be made by Wire transfer / Cheque / Demand Draft / Credit or Debit Card Online. The balance payment can be made by Cash /
Credit or Debit card during the trip.
Once the amount is identified/received, we will send you a confirmation voucher (which includes hotel name, tele No, check in/out date, type of Room, plan etc) and a receipt for the advance received by email. Original voucher will be handed over to you upon arrival. Five day prior your arrival, you will be intimated about the vehicle registration No, driver Name and contact No by E- Mail/SMS/tele call etc. The driver will be having a Placard which enables you to identify the driver at Airport / rly station. The original hotel voucher will be handover to you upon arrival.
